Carpentry
I have every tool necessary to fix any minor home repairs on the spot and I take pride in the quality work I do. I can build/repair fences, do minor landscaping jobs (tree trimming, planting/removing plants) debris removal, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, window washing... If I haven't listed it, just ASK!

Plumbing
I can do most legal repairs and/or installations, However- major plumbing issues must and best be handled by a licensed plumber.
Electrical
Once again, a licensed electrician is needed for most electrical installations.
(I work with a great electrician that offers the best price in town!)
Painting
I have lots of experience painting exteriors and interiors of houses. No sloppy lines! And I prefer rolling, not spraying with a compressor. In my opinion it takes much longer, but enables a cleaner and thicker coat. Paint matching, top of the line paint used with excellent trim work. Also, able to stain wood decks or doors.
Maintenance
Maintenance is what I do from simple organizational maintenance. To methodically going through all items in your home or apartment that need work done.
ABOUT BLUE GATOR SERVICES
After spending many years as a Paramedic/Firefighter for Broward County and working as a Pre-Hospital RN I decided to form a pool company called Blue Gator Pools. After selling my pool company in August of 2014 I decided to get back to fixing things. I no longer work in the medical field and am semi-retired. So it was time to get back to work, I will occupy this time being honest and fair offering the best quality work to my customers. I WILL offer you this work at at a fair price. I promise to only tackle jobs I know are within the scope of my insurance and ability, not being scared to refer you to many other industry professionals. Also pool advice is free and I still have the ability to order you top of the line pool equipment and supplies at greatly discounted prices.
